American Legion Post 157 will seat up to 105 and is available to the public for events, by donation. It houses a Military Museum that is open to the public, Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Located behind Country Accents just outside of Pipe Creek.  Holds up to 50 seated inside and more outside.  Live music on Mondays, dinner specials.  American and Mexican food.  Beer and wine. Saturday and Sunday Brunch.  Events can be held here in conjunction with the Country Accents gardens and gazebo.  Cabin rentals also on site.

Open air pavilion with 10 picnic tables along the Medina River.  Rental is from morning to midnight.  Bar-B-Q pit and fireplace available.  Bring your own fuel. No kitchen facility. Call for pricing and availability.

Bandera County Library has a room on the bottom level that is available for non-profit use only. Maximum capacity is 25.  No Fee.

Facility available for non-profit use only. No fee.  Includes cushioned chairs, tables, large white board, sound system, wireless microphone, ceiling mounted projector, large projector screen, restrooms, small kitchen area, fridge, range, ample parking and external entrances.

Contact the school for information and pricing on venue rental including the auditorium and cafeteria areas.  The school does not cater, however, outside catering may be brought in.  NO alcohol, and smoking is not allowed in the school, on school grounds or in parking areas.  Size of group and type of event will determine which facility is best suited.

Fellowship Hall & smaller classrooms available.  Hall capacity is 100 +.  Outside caterer allowed. Kitchen facility.  No alcohol allowed.

Dining/Meeting room available.  Capacity 75.  Chuck Wagon Dinner available.  Outside catering may be brought in.  Kitchen facility. Alcoholic beverages allowed on premises.  Horse back riding also available.

Located on the Medina River just outside of Bandera, Texas in the heart of Texas Hill Country,Camp Sionito combines a natural setting with up-to-date facilities to create a location for institutional, church and family gatherings.

Camp Sionito can comfortably serve over 200 guests with a variety of housing alternatives and provides indoor and outdoor meeting venues accommodating groups ranging in size from 15 to 200.

Private area for group with meal, maximum 30.  Wheel chair access.

Gazebo and outside garden area can accommodate up to 150.  Catering available.  No kitchen facility is provided.  Any type event welcome.

Wi Fi - Meeting Groups up to 50 in a western themed dining area.  Day and overnight groups accepted.  Will provide catering.  NO outside caterer allowed.  BYOB on the Ranch.

Pavilion on the creek seats 20 - 25.  Day or overnight groups accepted.  Catering available or outside caterer may be used. Alcohol allowed on premises.

The Farm Country Club is a 365-acre Texas Century Farm.  It is both a working ranch and an entertainment ranch for group excursions for both day and evening functions. Amenities include wagon rides to view abundant wildlife, horseshoes, washer toss, bean bag toss, rodeo roper, pool tables, ping pong tables, swimming pool, basketball, tennis court, volleyball, hiking. Ranch work demonstrations and Bar B Ques, top local entertainment including western bands, trick roper, hayrides and gunfighters are available by special arrangement.

The Farm Country Club can accommodate gatherings of up to 400 inside the pavilion and a larger number if the grounds around the pavilion are utilized.  Ideal for companies, reunions, and convention groups wanting to create their own private affair.

Sanctuary (capacity 225) and Fellowship Hall (capacity 175) available.  Outside catering only.  Kitchen facility available. No alcohol allowed.

Event room/classsroom style seating with audio visual equipment.  Serves 12 - 120.  Catering available.  Outside caterer not allowed. `

Indoor events center capacity is 250.  Catering is not available.  Outside caterers only.  Kitchen facility.  BYOB.  Any type event, reunions, weddings, meetings, etc... See web site for more.

60 RV sites, 11cabins, 9 climate controlled wooden shelters w/o bath facilities, but located close to the Event Center public restrooms/showers.

Koyote Ranch Party Barn accommodates up to 300 for any type event.  Kitchen facility.  The Main House will accommodate weddings and events of up to 500 on the grounds, around the infinity pool and inside.  46 full RV hook up sites.  Cabins for rent. 

Full grill, fish fry on Friday nights, beer and wine for sale.  BYOB - liquor.   Live music occasionally.  Please see web site for more.

Club House capacity - 150 w/ tables, 300 w/o tables.  Kitchen facility with wired serving counter.  Catering may be available.  Area caterers recommended if unable to cater. 

95 large RV sites with full hook-ups and shaded yards.  6 rental cabins. Pavilion.  All surround Club House.  Large gatherings serving alcohol must provide uniformed security.

The LH7 Lodge capacity is 35 inside and much larger outside around the pool and on the grounds and porch surrounding the lodge.  Extra large Bar-B-Q pit.  Catering is available or LH7 will suggest a catering in the area.  Kitchen facility, BYOB.   

3 miles from Bandera; on Hwy. 16 N. PO Box 877, Bandera; TX 78003. Dump station, public restrooms. Outdoor dance pavilion seats 300. Picnic tables, charcoal grills. Shady tent sites. Rodeo Arena. Group campground available by reservation. Recreation Hall available for events.

Capacity is 40 - 50.  Day groups accepted. Library has projector for audiovisual use.  No food allowed in Library.  No kitchen facility. 

Cafeteria can be rented by non-profit organizations only.  There is an additional charge is kitchen is used and an employee of MISD must be present in the kitchen during use. Capacity is 100.

Outside caterer only.  Absolutley NO Alcohol anywhere on school grounds.

Small, intimate wine and cheese bar.  Wine by the glass, 150 types of wine to go.  German beer by the glass.  Will provide in-house catering.  Outside catering may be brought in.  No kitchen facility.  Capacity 45.  Serving lunch and dinner.

Ruins of old dance hall on hill overlooking the city of Bandera.  In-house catering available or outside catering allowed.  NO kitchen facility, BYOB.  Partially covered.  Capacity 300 - 400.  All types of events welcome.

Pioneer RV Resort is located along the Medina River on Maple Street just south of Western Trail Antiques Mall off Hwy 173 South.  Shaded and non-shaded sites and river front sites.  Rec hall will hold 75 - 80 comfortably and has large pool adjacent.  Has DVD player and TV for meetings or events.  Outside catering allowed.  No in-house catering provided.  Kitchen facility. BYOB if desired.

Purpose:  To serve as a location for community activities. Located at the intersection of Hwy 16 South and FM 1283 in Pipe Creek, TX.

Contact Eva Evans or check web site for fee schedule and bookings.  Main room and smaller north room available for events.  Kitchen facility.  Capacity 100 - 125.  BYOB, outside catering may be brought in.  No in-house catering.

 Check for fresh produce at the Community Center every Thursday during season. 

Catering is not provided but outside catering is allowed.  Fellowship hall will accommodate up to 100.  Kitchen is included.  Sanctuary capacity is 200.  NO alcohol allowed on premesis.       

FREE for church members.  Nominal fee for others.

Chapel seats 135, pavillion 150. Catering is not provided but may arrange your own.  There is no kitchen facility and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on premises.  Handicap access. Lots of photos and history on the web site.

The Showbarn at Mansfield Park is home to the Bandera County Jr. Livestock Association Annual Stock Show.  The barn is also for rent for any event.  The Chamber of Commerce Hunter's Bar B Que and St. Stanislaus Catholic Church Parish Festival are two of the events held in the Showbarn annually. The Silver Sage Community Center, 803 Buck Creek, Bandera, offers two event spaces for rent.  The Great Room has a stage & its own entrance and depending upon whether used for a meeting, wedding, anniversary, birthday party or other catered function, can accommodate up to 200.  The Dining Room is best suited for groups of up to 50 and is already set with tables and chairs for dining or meeting. Small classrooms are also available for rent and suitable for groups of 15 - 20. 

The Silver Sage Community Center is a bee hive of activity including Meals on Wheels, Exercise Classes, The Cowboy Capital Opry (held the first Tuesday of every month), quilting, local non-profit meetings, daily lunch, etc... Call for availability.

The Silver Sage Garden is also available for events.

Silver Spur Ranch is available for weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, etc... Catering available.  Use of Main Lodge and Ranch Room for indoor events, the old Forge Tree for outside events in the shade, front lawn, pool area, covered porch.  Will accomodate large and small groups.  All inclusive packages available or day groups welcome.

Outdoor pavilion with large bar b que pit available will accommodate 200 +.  Also has a stage with small sound system. Deposit is refundable if facility is left in same condition as found.  Bring all of your own food and beverages.  Haul your own trash. Perfect for any outdoor gathering such as weddings, reunions, birthday parties, etc...  Donations to Tarpley VFD are accepted.  Call Anton Haner or Curtis Kosub for arrangements.

The Texas HIll Country Event Center serves Bandera County and the surrounding area as a Community Center and Rental Hall, seating up to 250 inside.  It is the site of the annual Medina Lake Cajun Festival held every September.  Large, air conditioned facility, fully equiped kitchen, elevated stage, seperate bridal dressing room, remodeled indoor restrooms, tables and chairs.  Two large covered outdoor pavilions, a gazebo, outdoor service counters with direct access to the kitchen, extensive parking area.

The Apple Store is located in downtown Medina and has an enclosed patio available for rental.  Catering is avaialbe in-house or outside catering may be used. The patio will hold 30 +.  The patio joins the bakery, tree nursery and gift shop which features pasteries, apple ice cream, quilts, and much more.  Call or email for availability and to make arrangements.

The Core Coffee House rents the "Big Room" with a stage, audio equipment and a 115" Screen.   A/C and heat.  Call for pricing, availability and operating hours.  The "Big Room" seats up to 40.

Catering is provided and no outside caterer is allowed.  Alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge area.  No day groups please.

Facility available for all types of family friendly events, community events, concerts, trail rides, dance class, carnivals, weddings, reunions, showers, conferences, receptions, clinics...  No alcohol allowed.

Will comfortably seat 400 for dinner.  Seating for up to 575 for concert type events.
