Two dance floors featuring top Cajun and Zydeco bands from the heart of Louisiana.
Ever popular gumbo cook-off. Entry form for the cook-off is below.
Great homemade Cajun food including crawfish pie, jambalaya, fried fish and shrimp, red beans & rice, crawfish etouffee, boudin jalapeno poppers, bread pudding, and pecan pralines, served all day long. Arts & Crafts and childrens activities.
Event is held at the Lakehiills Community Center rain or shine. FREE parking and shuttle service available. Visit the website for shuttle locations.
