Learn about pollinators and participate in the annual Texas Pollinator BioBlitz.
Where: Meet in front of the HQ building. The walking path will be on Merrick Mile trail and be about 1.2 miles. The trail does include some rocky and uneven surfaces.
What to bring: Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for walking outdoors. Bring a water bottle to carry with you. Bringing a camera/phone with a camera is highly encouraged, but not required.
Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is $6 for visitors that are 13 years and up; free for visitors that are 12 years and under; free for visitors with a Texas State Parks Pass.
Note: In the event of inclement weather, the walk may be moved to the park roadways or cancelled.
