Explore 5,400 acres of Hill Country wilderness at this stunning primitive camping area! Enjoy miles of multi-use trails perfect for horseback riding, backpacking, hiking, and all-terrain biking. Spend the day fishing or swimming in the creeks, then relax at one of the 50 camping spaces, walk-in tent sites, or backpacking areas.

The park also offers a Group Lodge that sleeps 12, plus equestrian camp areas with pens and water. Open year-round, this park is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

Trail Advisory: After heavy rains, please check the park’s website or call ahead for trail conditions before hauling your horse to protect the trails.

The park will be closed to the public during the following dates (only permitted hunters will be allowed):

  • 10 p.m. Dec. 7 – 6 a.m. Dec. 11
