Major Hope Corral is an 89-acre family ranch just one mile outside Bandera, home to the horses of the Bandera Historical Rides as well as rescued horses, longhorns, chickens, cats, and dogs. The ranch offers authentic, hands-on Hill Country experiences, including accommodations, ranch visits, horseback rides, horsemanship opportunities, chuckwagon cookouts, and special events.
Guests are welcome to stay overnight with their horses, with shelter and runs currently available for two horses, plus dry RV camping or cozy cabin rentals. Additional panels can be set up if more horses are coming. Riders can enjoy 50 acres of riding space, a round pen, and an arena, with easy access to trails along the Medina River and just 10 miles from Hill Country State Natural Area.
